Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide. All prices are in AUD and include GST.

How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is 3–8 business days and Express is 1–4 business days after dispatch. During Halloween and other peak periods we recommend ordering early and choosing Express.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
Every costume has a size guide image on its product page. Sizing can vary by style, so please check the guide for each item. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unworn items in original condition with tags attached. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

My item is faulty or incorrect — what do I do?
Please email hello@confettico.com.au straight away and we'll make it right. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

We accept all major cards and popular express checkout options, shown at checkout.
